1. Overview

Tousi Store produces custom, made-to-order products. Each item is created specifically for the customer at the time of purchase. As a result, items cannot be restocked or resold.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Expectation differences
  • Shipping delays

3. Exceptions – Faulty or Incorrect Items Only

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is defective,
  • The item is damaged upon arrival, or
  • You receive the wrong item

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Issue a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Provide a refund at our discretion

4. No Returns Accepted

We do not accept physical returns under any circumstances unless explicitly requested by us.

If a return is approved:

  • Instructions will be provided
  • Unauthorised returns will not be processed

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.

Once production has begun:

  • Orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded

6. Sizing & Product Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct size
  • Reviewing product descriptions
  • Ensuring order details are accurate

We strongly recommend checking sizing guides before purchase.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Orders marked as delivered by the courier are considered fulfilled.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first for resolution.

All orders are subject to this policy. Filing a chargeback without valid cause may result in:

  • Submission of this policy as evidence
  • Account and order restrictions

9. Limitation of Liability

Tousi Store is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Minor variations in colour, print placement, or material due to manufacturing processes

To report a defective or incorrect item:
